Michelle Evans is a fully licensed real estate agent, with extensive property management experience. Starting off as a receptionist in 2000, she worked her way up to become Officer in Effective Control of a company with over 3000 managements whilst also being the trust accountant. After 8 years there she moved on to become a business developer / property manager in Point Cook, doubling that companies rent roll before moving to a small independent company in Werribee where she helped them over 3 years before the owners sold.
Beyond that she worked with as the Director of Property Management for an agency in Werribee where she had agreed with the owner to build the rent roll with an exit plan in mind – to open up her own Property Management Specialist Agency. When the time came in 2020, Personalised Property Management was born.
With now over 25 years experience, there is not much that she has not seen or dealt with including significant experience at Magistrates Court which is a must for interstate investors.
A Rental Provider (and a Renter once upon a time), local Jujitzu enthisast in Bacchus Marsh, Dog Lover and small home project enthusiast – Michelle has the full range of experience needed to deliver outstanding service to both Rental Providers and Renters alike.
